As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and faculty member of the Coaches Training Institute, I create a safe and progressive environment for the personal and professional advancement of individuals and teams, in alignment with their values, unique capabilities, and aspirations. My genuine and approachable style allows for the easygoing yet crucial conversations that result in meaningful progress and balance for clients, on their own terms.
I have over 20 years of experience in forming and leading effective teams in diverse environments, including healthcare, large-scale retail, pharma, enterprise software, and not-for-profits. I’ve created long-term positive relationships with staff, leadership and clients as the foundation for success, in both well-established and startup organizations.
I have a particular interest in helping new managers, senior leaders, and whole teams to recognize their innate capacity for achieving superior results. Beyond the workplace, I work privately with individuals who are looking to make significant and fulfilling changes in their careers and personal lives.
I hold the PCC credential from the International Coach Federation and an Honours Bachelor of Science from Queen’s University, in Computing Science and French Literature. I am a faculty member of CTI, the Coaches Training Institute and a certified practitioner of The Leadership Circle Profile 360 assessment tool.
